Free in-home measure
We visit your home, measure the windows and discuss suitable options. You do not need to choose your blinds before we arrive.
Step 2
Your tailored quote
Your quote covers your chosen blinds, supply and installation. We confirm the sizes, materials and controls, with no obligation to order.
Step 3
Made to fit and installed
Once you approve the details, your blinds are made to the agreed sizes. Our team then installs them in your home.

Custom blinds FAQs
Answers about cost, warranty, light and privacy.
Price depends on window size, blind style, fabric or slat material, the number of blinds, controls and fitting needs.
Blinds have a 2-year limited warranty. The first year covers service calls, parts and labour for defects or manufacturing issues. The second year covers defective parts and the labour to manufacture their replacements, with a service call fee for removal and re-installation. Motorised components have separate warranty periods. See our Warranty page for the full terms, exclusions and care requirements.
Blockout fabric stops light passing through it, but gaps around the edges can still let light in. During your measure, we check your windows and recommend a fitting position to help reduce these gaps.
Sunscreen reduces glare and keeps a daytime view, but offers less privacy at night. Translucent fabric softens daylight and adds privacy, with less view through the fabric.
